Planning in an Era of Change: APANYC Chapter Annual Conference

New Yorkers are invited to the American Planning Association's in-person conference where Shannon Hui’s Nightscapes for Wellness report will be featured. Those readers who are not in New York are invited to consider the term “nighttime design” in all its faceted meanings - urban illumination, safety, nightlife, inclusion, after-dark navigation, nighttime economy, light art, improved walkability, among other elements, to create 21st-century city nightscapes.
